Burger Sliders & Ranch Dressing


Prep Time: 5 minutes | Cooking Time: 6 minutes | Yield: 8 small sliders

If you have the ground beef defrosted ahead of time, this is a great quick & easy weeknight recipe!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 lbs. organic, grass-fed ground beef

  • 1/2 head organic, iceburg lettuce

  • 1 organic tomato, sliced

  • Seasonings:

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 2 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • Optional toppings:

  • ​​Homemade guacamole, turkey bacon, or an organic, cage-free egg

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat a large cast iron skillet or grill to med-high heat.

  2. Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

  3. Form the ground beef into 8 small (3 oz.) patties.

  4. Liberally season both sides of the patty and cook for about 3 minutes on each side (or until your desired level of doneness).

  5. Serve over the iceburg lettuce and top with your desired toppings. Enjoy!
