If you have the ground beef defrosted ahead of time, this is a great quick & easy weeknight recipe!
1.5 lbs. organic, grass-fed ground beef
1/2 head organic, iceburg lettuce
1 organic tomato, sliced
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Homemade guacamole, turkey bacon, or an organic, cage-free egg
Preheat a large cast iron skillet or grill to med-high heat.
Combine the garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Form the ground beef into 8 small (3 oz.) patties.
Liberally season both sides of the patty and cook for about 3 minutes on each side (or until your desired level of doneness).
Serve over the iceburg lettuce and top with your desired toppings. Enjoy!
