Dairy Free Ranch Dressing


Prep Time: 5 minutes | Yield: ~2 cups

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup avocado oil

  • 1 organic, cage-free egg

  • 2 T. lemon juice

  • 1 t. yellow mustard

  • 1 clove minced garlic

  • 1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk

  • 1 T. fresh dill, minced

  • 2 T. fresh chives, minced

  • 1-2 T. apple cider vinegar (to taste)

  • Sea salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Put all of the ingredients (except the apple cider vinegar) in a blender and mix well. Add 1 T. of the vinegar at first, taste, and add more if needed. Enjoy!
