INGREDIENTS:
1 cup avocado oil
1 organic, cage-free egg
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp yellow mustard
6 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp Herbes de Provence
Sea salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put all of the ingredients except the avocado oil in a blender and mix well. Then slowly add in the oil to your desired consistency. Enjoy!
