INGREDIENTS:
1 cup avocado oil
1 organic, cage-free egg
2 T. lemon juice
1 t. yellow mustard
1 clove minced garlic
1/4 cup full-fat coconut milk
1 T. fresh dill, minced
2 T. fresh chives, minced
1-2 T. apple cider vinegar (to taste)
Sea salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put all of the ingredients (except the apple cider vinegar) in a blender and mix well. Add 1 T. of the vinegar at first, taste, and add more if needed. Enjoy!
