Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 30 min | Yield: 15-18 chicken wings
Ingredients:
15-18 organic chicken wings
2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tbsp sea salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp pepper
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Start by patting down all of the wings with paper towels to dry off any excess moisture.
Mix all of the seasonings listed above together except the the Buffalo Sauce and set aside.
Pour the avocado oil and half of the seasoning over the chicken wings and mix until well coated. Pour the rest of the seasoning over the wings and toss again.
Bake the chicken wings for 30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160ºF. I like to bake them on a wire rack so that they are crisped/cooked evenly on all sides.
Once they are done, toss them in The New Primal Mild Buffalo Sauce and serve immediately. Enjoy!
