If you get pre-made chicken strips, there isn't any "cooking" for this recipe! It's a great quick and easy week night option.
INGREDIENTS:
4 oz organic precooked grilled chicken strips, chopped up
4 Siete Foods almond flour tortillas
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
1/2 white onion, thinly sliced
1 cup homemade guac
1 organic avocado smashed, 1 tsp lime juice, sea salt, pepper, cilantro, and garlic salt to taste.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Make the homemade guacamole and set aside.
Evenly disperse the guacamole, chicken, tomatoes, and onions on each tortilla and enjoy!
