Banana and Coconut Smoothie


Prep Time: 10 minutes | Yield: 1 serving

This has got to be the easiest smoothie recipe of all time that is delicious! It also has a good blend of carbs + fat for optimal digestion. I can't wait for you to try it.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk

  • 1 small frozen banana

  • 1 tsp organic raw honey

  • 2 ice cubes

  • 2 tbsp water, as needed

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Blend all of the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy!
