Homemade Guac

Prep Time: 7 minutes | Yield: 2 servings

Does anyone else absolutely loveeeeee guacamole!? I especially love making it at home because I can put in the perfect amount of spices that I like!

I usually make this for a little appetizer - but it sometimes ends up being my meal haha. It's a healthy fat so I guess that's ok!


  • 1 large ripe avocado

  • 1 medium-sized tomato

  • 1/8 cup white onion, finely chopped

  • 1-2 tsp lime juice

  • A couple pinches of fresh cut cilantro

  • Spices (to taste):

  • Salt, pepper and garlic salt

  1. Cut the avocado in half, take out the pit and then mash the insides into a bowl.

  2. Chop the tomato and onion into little bite sized pieces and mix in.

  3. Put in the lemon juice & spices and then just sprinkle on the cilantro to garnish.

  4. Eat with cucumbers, plantain chips or Siete Foods grain-free tortilla chips. Enjoy!
