Does anyone else absolutely loveeeeee guacamole!? I especially love making it at home because I can put in the perfect amount of spices that I like!
I usually make this for a little appetizer - but it sometimes ends up being my meal haha. It's a healthy fat so I guess that's ok!
INGREDIENTS:
1 large ripe avocado
1 medium-sized tomato
1/8 cup white onion, finely chopped
1-2 tsp lime juice
A couple pinches of fresh cut cilantro
Spices (to taste):
Salt, pepper and garlic salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut the avocado in half, take out the pit and then mash the insides into a bowl.
Chop the tomato and onion into little bite sized pieces and mix in.
Put in the lemon juice & spices and then just sprinkle on the cilantro to garnish.
Eat with cucumbers, plantain chips or Siete Foods grain-free tortilla chips. Enjoy!
