Buffalo Bacon Chicken Dip

It's summer and that means nonstop BBQ's and pool parties! This is the perfect app - it's never made it more than 20 minutes whenever I bring it haha! A guaranteed crowd pleaser, sugar and dairy-free, and super easy to make. I can't wait for you to try!

Instructions:

  • First make the chicken. Bake two chicken breasts for 30-35 minutes at 350ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 160ºF. Set aside and allow to cool. Once cooled, shred the chicken using two forks working in opposite directions.

  • While the chicken is baking, cook the bacon until crispy. Crumble up and set aside.

  • Now, mix all ingredients (chicken, mayo, buffalo sauce, seasonings, and bacon) together in a mixing bowl until well combined.

  • Evenly spread the dip into a baking dish and bake for 20 min at 350ºF. Enjoy!
