Cinnamon Coconut Fat Bombs

Prep Time: 5-7 minutes | "Cooking" Time: 5 minutes | Yield: ~9 balls

  1. Melt the coconut butter and ghee in a pot on medium heat, then pour into a bowl and add in the vanilla extract.

  2. Then, stir in the cinnamon, collagen peptides + creamer, coconut flour, and almond flour.

  3. Place in the freezer for about 5 minutes, or until the dough hardens a bit and is easier to work with.

  4. Using a cookie scoop, scoop the hardened dough onto a flat surface and sprinkle with the cinnamon and coconut sugar (if using). You can just use your hands to roll the dough into balls if you don't have a cookie scoop.

  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Enjoy!
