Prep Time: 5-7 minutes | Cooking Time: 10 minutes | Yield: 1 dozen cookies
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups cassava flour
1 cup cashew butter
1/3 melted coconut oil
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup maple syrup
2 organic cage-free eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Blend all of the ingredients together, then form into 12 cookies on a lined baking sheet.
Optional: use a fork to make the crisscross markings on top.
Bake for 10 minutes & then try not to eat them all at once ;)
