Garlic Brussels Sprouts with Bacon


Prep Time: 10 minutes | Cooking Time: 35-40 minutes | Yield: 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups organic Brussels Sprouts

  • 2 large strips of organic, sugar-free turkey bacon, finely chopped

  • 2 T. organic olive oil

  • Seasonings:

  • Sea salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F.

  2. Wash and pat dry the brussels sprouts. Cut in half and place on a lined baking sheet.

  3. Drizzle the olive oil over the brussels sprouts as well as the seasonings and mix well.

  4. Finely chop the turkey bacon and mix in with the brussels sprouts.

  5. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until your preferred crispness. Enjoy!
