INGREDIENTS:
1 large organic cucumber, sliced
4 oz smoked salmon
12 tsp Kite Hill chive cream cheese style spread
Garnish:
Organic red onion, finely sliced
Capers
Dill
INSTRUCTIONS:
Wash and pat dry the cucumber. Slice into about 12 slices.
Place a tsp of the chive cream cheese style spread on each slice of cucumber.
Then, layer on the smoked salmon.
Garnish with the red onion, capers, and dill. Enjoy!
