INGREDIENTS:
2 Siete Foods Almond Flour Tortillas
1/4 cup Daiya Foods dairy free shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup organic chicken breast, chopped (I used precooked grilled chicken breast strips from Costco)
Avocado oil spray
For the garnish:
1/4 cup organic avocado, diced
1 tsp organic sugar-free salsa (Whole Foods)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Lightly spray a skillet with avocado oil spray and place a tortilla in the skillet.
Place a layer of cheese, then a layer of chicken, then another layer of cheese on the tortilla. Finally top it off with another tortilla.
Cook for about 3 minutes on each side or until the cheese is melted.
Garnish with the avocado and salsa. Enjoy!
