Bacon Wrapped Egg Muffins


Prep Time: 8-10 minutes | Cooking Time: 15 minutes | Yield: 1 dozen muffins

INGREDIENTS:
  • 12 strips paleo turkey bacon (Whole Foods)

  • 12 organic, cage-free eggs

  • Avocado oil spray

  • Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Spray each muffin tin with avocado oil spray and then line with 1 strip of bacon.

  3. Crack 1 egg into each tin in the middle of the bacon.

  4. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the egg is cooked through. Enjoy!
