Coffee - a somewhat controversial topic in the health world. I believe that coffee can be ok in moderation, by which I mean one 8oz coffee in the morning and thats it!
Look for organic and trustworthy sources of coffee such as: Bulletproof Coffee.
You can add some flavor to the coffee if you can't drink it black. I.e.: almond or coconut milk, butter, coconut oil, etc. Anything that is full fat and not carb oriented. The caffeine is enough of a stimulant (you don't need to add more sugar!) and adding some fat will help reduce the drop in energy later.
INGREDIENTS:
Bulletproof coffee (ground, whole bean or Keurig pods, whichever you prefer)
Added fat, if desired​
i.e.: coconut or almond milk, butter, coconut oil, etc.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Grind and/or brew the coffee in whichever form you've decided to use.
Add the added fat for flavor if desired. Enjoy!
