1 bag of Siete foods sea salt grain free tortilla chips
1 pound organic grass-fed ground beef
1 cup organic black beans
1/2 cup grated raw organic grass-fed cheddar
1 organic avocado, diced

1/4 cup organic sweet onion, finely diced
2-3 tbsp Frontier Co-op Mexican Fiesta seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 400F.
Spread out the tortilla chips evenly on a lined baking sheet or dish and set aside.
Heat up a skillet on medium-high heat and sauté the ground beef while simultaneously adding the Frontier Co-Op Mexican Fiesta Seasoning.
Heat up another skillet or small pot on low heat and warm up the beans.
Now layer the beef and beans on the chips and top with the grated cheese.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
Finish by topping with the olives, avocados, tomatoes, scallions, and sweet onions. Enjoy!
