Prep Time: 5-7 minutes | Cooking Time: ~45 minutes | Yield: ~2 servings
1 large organic sweet potato
2 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika to taste
Peel and thinly slice the sweet potato into "fries".
Place on a baking sheet (I use a silpat to avoid sticking) and drizzle the oil over the potatoes.
Next, sprinkle on all of the seasonings to your preference and mix the oil and seasonings with the potatoes well.
Make sure they are all placed separately on the baking sheet - ideally not even touching - which allows them to crisp up!
Bake for about 45 min or until your desired crispness. Enjoy!
