Buffalo Chicken Wings


Prep Time: 5 min | Cook Time: 30 min | Yield: 15-18 chicken wings

Instructions:

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  • Start by patting down all of the wings with paper towels to dry off any excess moisture.

  • Mix all of the seasonings listed above together except the the Buffalo Sauce and set aside.

  • Pour the avocado oil and half of the seasoning over the chicken wings and mix until well coated. Pour the rest of the seasoning over the wings and toss again.

  • Bake the chicken wings for 30 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 160ºF. I like to bake them on a wire rack so that they are crisped/cooked evenly on all sides.

  • Once they are done, toss them in The New Primal Mild Buffalo Sauce and serve immediately. Enjoy!
