It's summer and that means nonstop BBQ's and pool parties! This is the perfect app - it's never made it more than 20 minutes whenever I bring it haha! A guaranteed crowd pleaser, sugar and dairy-free, and super easy to make. I can't wait for you to try!
3 cups organic free-range shredded chicken breast
4-5 strips Nature's Rancher sugar-free bacon, cooked & crumbled up
Seasoning: ~1tsp sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
First make the chicken. Bake two chicken breasts for 30-35 minutes at 350ºF or until they reach an internal temperature of 160ºF. Set aside and allow to cool. Once cooled, shred the chicken using two forks working in opposite directions.
While the chicken is baking, cook the bacon until crispy. Crumble up and set aside.
Now, mix all ingredients (chicken, mayo, buffalo sauce, seasonings, and bacon) together in a mixing bowl until well combined.
Evenly spread the dip into a baking dish and bake for 20 min at 350ºF. Enjoy!
