2 cups organic green beans
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (just enough to drizzle on over the green beans after they're cooked!)
Sea salt and pepper to taste
Bring 4-5 cups of water to a boil. While the water is heating up, make an ice bath in a separate bowl with about 4 cups of water and a few ice cubes and set aside.
Place the green beans into the boiling water and cook for 2-3 minutes or until softened.
Now, remove the green beans from the water and place into the ice bath to shock them or prevent any further cooking.
Once they are fully cooled, pat dry, and drizzle the olive oil, sea salt and pepper over them. Enjoy!
