Chicken Tacos



Prep Time: 5-7 minutes | Yield: 4 tacos

If you get pre-made chicken strips, there isn't any "cooking" for this recipe! It's a great quick and easy week night option.

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 oz organic precooked grilled chicken strips, chopped up

  • 4 Siete Foods almond flour tortillas

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced

  • 1/2 white onion, thinly sliced

  • 1 cup homemade guac

  • ​​1 organic avocado smashed, 1 tsp lime juice, sea salt, pepper, cilantro, and garlic salt to taste.

INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Make the homemade guacamole and set aside.

  2. Evenly disperse the guacamole, chicken, tomatoes, and onions on each tortilla and enjoy!
