Smoked Salmon Bites

Prep Time: 5-7 minutes | Yield: ~12 bites

  • 1 large organic cucumber, sliced

  • 4 oz smoked salmon

  • 12 tsp Kite Hill chive cream cheese style spread

  • Garnish:

  • Organic red onion, finely sliced

  • Capers

  • Dill

  1. Wash and pat dry the cucumber. Slice into about 12 slices.

  2. Place a tsp of the chive cream cheese style spread on each slice of cucumber.

  3. Then, layer on the smoked salmon.

  4. Garnish with the red onion, capers, and dill. Enjoy!
